Kenapa Soeharto Harus Menjalani Proses Hukum?

1. Beliau adalah simbol Korupsi dan pelaku kejahatan HAM di Indonesia.
2. Beliau tidak mewakili pribadi beliau semata, tapi beliau adalah SIMBOL.
3. Bila “simbol” ini tidak diproses hukum, maka akan jadi model bagi yang selanjutnya.
4. Begitu juga sebaliknya.
5. Simbol ini untungnya adalah Panutan Terbesar Bangsa ini, jadi sebaiknya demi Penegakan Hukum di Negara ini sesuai Pasal 28 UUD’45, Yth. Bpk. Hari Muhammad Soeharto harus menjalani proses hukum, walau tanpa kehadiran beliau di pengadilan.
